Terms of Service
The following Service Terms define the relationship between usted (the "Customer") and [name of your store] ("Nosotros") in relationship with the orders made under the counter-delivery model.
The term "counter-delivery" refers to the business model where the Customer pays for the product or service at the moment he receives it.
The Customer must be present and available at the appropriate address to receive the product and make the corresponding payment. In case it is not available after certain delivery attempts, additional charges may be generated or the order canceled.
We only accept cash in cash. It is the Customer's responsibility to count on the exact amount to make the payment.
If the Customer does not make payment or does not account for the exact amount, the product will be returned and an additional charge will be generated for shipping and management costs.
Once payment has been made and the product has been received, the Customer can request a return within a period of 7 days, as long as the product is in the same conditions in which it was delivered. The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the Customer.
We are not responsible for non-delivery of the product due to problems with the messaging service or unavailability of the Customer, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

If the Customer wishes to modify their order after delivery but before it has been dispatched, they must contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make changes thereto. Additional positions can be generated if there are substantial changes to the order before dispatch.
The average delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the city where you ordered. We are not responsible for non-delivery of the product due to problems with the messaging service or unavailability of the Customer, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.
The messenger who makes the delivery will clearly present himself as a delivery person associated with our store. We recommend that our customers, for security reasons, only receive products if the message is identified appropriately.
